Not all pouches are the same, and your packaging line shouldn’t force you to choose. This versatile pre‑made pouch packing machine runs flat pouches, stand‑up pouches, and zipper pouches on the same platform. Changeover between bag types takes less than 15 minutes, with no tools required. That means one machine serves multiple product lines, reducing capital expense and floor space.
The machine uses a rotary or intermittent motion design, depending on speed requirements. It picks a bag from the magazine, opens it with suction cups and air blow, fills the product through a customizable filler (auger, piston, cup, or multi‑head weigher), and seals the bag with precision temperature control. For zipper bags, an optional applicator pre‑positions the zipper track before sealing.
This packer is ideal for co‑packers, contract manufacturers, and food companies with diverse product portfolios. One day you can run 10,000 bags of frozen vegetables in flat pouches; the next day, switch to 5,000 bags of protein powder in stand‑up pouches. The PLC stores up to 100 recipes, making repeat orders consistent and error‑free.
